President

Dr. Joe Carbone


Dr. Carbone has served as the Monroe County Legislator for the 16th District (Irondequoit) since 2013, now holding the position of Deputy Majority Leader. He is also the past President of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong and the Monroe Community Hospital. Dr. Carbone is a fellow of the American College of Foot Orthopedics and Medicine. He is on staff at Rochester General Hospital.

Dr. Stanley Blondek


Dr. Blondek has extensive experience teaching in medical education. He has served as the Medical Director at Marywood PA Program for over 10 years. He teaches Pediatrics I and II in the didactic year, and he precepts up to 20 students per year in his Pediatrics practice. He has taught the Pediatric Advanced Life Support course many times, he has instructed podiatric students at Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine, and he has been a guest lecturer locally and nationally at medical conferences.

Dr. Hartley Miltchin


Dr. Hartley Miltchin is a Toronto Podiatrist integrating cutting edge technology both in treatment and surgery. Specializing in the REAL Minimally Invasive, in-office bunion/hammertoe correction and heel pain. Special interest in laser technology. Very media savvy, appearing in an extensive list of media accomplishments. Very well versed in various foot/shoe related topics. Lecturer/author and luminary for various laser companies.

Dr. Thomas Nordquist


Dr. Thomas Nordquist received  his doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, he received a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, as well as a Masters in Healthcare Administration at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He performed his surgical residency at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL,.  He is trained in general podiatric care, diabetic wound care and limb salvage, reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, as well as peripheral nerve surgery.

Dr. Mary Olszewski


Dr. Mary Olszewski  has been practicing in the Chicagoland area for over 29 years with extensive experience in all aspects of podiatry, with a specialty in wound and diabetic care. She is also the only doctor in the Midwest who utilizes a unique method of treating fat pad loss with injected sub-dermal fillers to help patients walk more comfortably.

Dr. Thomas Graziano


There are about 17,000 podiatrists in the United States, according to the Department of Labor, and Dr. Thomas Graziano is one of only six who hold both a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) and a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.

Dr. Martin Yorath

Dr. Yorath has served as Medical Director of Rosalind Franklin University Health System since 2007. He is also the Residency Program Director for Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center – Podiatric Medicine and Surgery (with reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery). He holds memberships with the American Podiatric Medical Association and Illinois Podiatric Medical Association, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American College of Podiatric Medicine, and the Royal Society of Medicine – United Kingdom.

Dr. Michael Tagge


Michael J. Tagge, DPM is a graduate of Wheaton College, and graduated podiatry school with honors from Rosalind Franklin William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed his postgraduate 3 year podiatric forefoot and rearfoot surgical residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. Prior to medical school, Dr. Tagge was involved with medical research at University of Chicago, Northwestern University, and Loyola University.
